Sunday night will be breezy and bitterly cold, with lows around zero degrees and winds making it feel as cold as minus 15 to minus 25 degrees.
There is an Extreme Cold Watch in effect starting at around 1 a.m. on Monday morning and continuing until around 10 a.m. on Wednesday, issued by the NWS. During that time, the NWS predicted dangerously cold temperatures, which could rupture water pipes.

Martin Luther King Jr. Day will be sunny but very cold, with highs only around 12 degrees, followed by a partly cloudy night with lows again falling to around zero to one degrees.
The NWS didn’t predict much wind Monday night, but light winds could still make it feel as cold as minus eight degrees.
