Trevon Ellis turned in a triple-double to lead Stivers in a 62-54 Division III boys basketball sectional final victory versus Waynesville on Saturday at Butler.

Ellis recorded 17 points with 12 rebounds and 10 assists. Allen Lattimore tacked on 14 points and Da’Juan Allen chipped in 12.

Stivers will face Deer Park on Sunday, March 10, at UD Arena in a rematch of last year’s district finals. Last season unbeaten Deer Park, the eventual state champions, needed a fourth quarter rally to avoid an upset bid from Stivers.
