Chuy’s will celebrate the 30th anniversary of its Green Chile Festival from Monday, Aug. 13 to Sunday, Sept. 2.
The Tex-Mex restaurant chain will feature a menu that includes green chile chicken flautas (flautas stuffed with green chiles and fresh spinach and drizzled with crema especial) and the King Carne Burrito (a burrito stuffed with ground sirloin, bacon, green chiles and French fried potatoes).
Chuy’s will also feature Chicken Velvet Enchiladas and the New Mexican Martini. Both are made with Hatch green chiles. The chiles are picked just once a year beginning in August.
