Cap Willoughby participates in the United Senior Services' Tai Chi class as it met in Ferncliff Cemetery and Arboretum near Buck Creek Thursday, July 6, 2023. The class has been meeting weekly at the cemetery since mid June to practice the ancient form of martial arts. According to Woolf, his class focuses more on the fitness and balance aspect of Tai Chi and not so much the self defence. Woolf said the energy is a lot better when you practice Tai Chi outdoors.
