Alivia Penwell works on a chalk drawing of a pumpkin Wednesday, Sept. 13, 2023 as he participates in the Lets Chalk About It event at Davey Moore Park. The workshop, held by Project Jericho and the National Trail Park and Recreation District, was meant to give people a chance to learn some basic chalk drawing techiques and get local artists of all skill levels interested in Chalkfest being held in October at National Road Commons park.
