Gracie Fogle plays with some glowing springs as she and the other fifth graders at New Carlisle Elementary have a "Glow Party" Monday, May 22, 2023. The party was part of 5th Grade Day, a celebration to send off the fifth grade to the sixth grade at Tecumseh Middle School next year.
