Most employees @TSA I-band and below who worked in an exempted status during Pay Period 26 will receive a partial payment for that pay period.

Pekoske said they found funding in various sources to come up with the income, according to CBS News.

CBS News reported the money is coming from unlapsed funds from 2018's TSA budgets.
Despite the pay for some TSA workers, federal air marshals will not be getting a partial paycheck. There was not enough money available. Air marshals at the I-band and below will get 2018 performance awards instead.
