Ten units at Settlers Ridge Apartments in the 900 block of Ohio 29 were flooded due to the heavy rain that pounded the region, according to the American Red Cross.
Officials said the water has receded from the apartment complex and emergency management officials from Champaign County will determine when it is safe to return to their homes, the Red Cross said.
