Troopers from the Ohio State Highway Patrol, Springfield Post, and Pleasant Twp. crews responded to the two-vehicle crash around 8:30 p.m.
Three individuals suffered injuries as a result of the crash, officials confirm.
One person was flown to Miami Valley Hospital from the scene of the accident.
Two individuals were initially taken by ground transportation to Madison Health in London, Ohio. One person was then flown to Miami Valley Hospital via CareFlight.
The conditions of all three injured occupants are unknown at this time.
