Robert Whitt, 30: aggravated trafficking in drugs, aggravated possession of drugs, possession of heroin, unlawful possession of a dangerous ordnance, improper handling of firearms in a motor vehicle.

Adam Wisecup, 34, of New Carlisle: two counts of aggravated possession of drugs, possession of cocaine.
