The tweet was in response to a challenge by comedian Mike Birbiglia. He offered to retweet anyone who donated to the Dayton Food Bank, and multiple celebrities responded.
Other celebrities including Nick Mangold, John Mulaney, Ben Stiller, Jimmy Kimmel, Jimmy Fallon, Judd Apatow, Jack Antonoff, Pete Holmes, Patton Oswalt, and Greg Warren took to Twitter to accept Birbiglia’s challenge.

The Dayton Food Bank announced it received more than $55,000 since the original tweet was posted. Each $1,000 that is donated to The Foodbank equals 6,000 meals for those unable to find their own food.
The Foodbank is accepting online donations at thefoodbankdayton.org/donate.
Also Dayton-born celebrity Rob Lowe will be coming to Dayton this weekend for his show on Sunday at the Schuster Center downtown.
Lowe said donations will be collected in the lobby of the Schuster Center before the show begins.
