“I am very proud of each and every one of our Springfield Masonic Community employees. They work hard each day to make sure our community members are provided the best care,” Tony Berardi, president and administrator for Springfield Masonic Community said in the release.
In addition, the retirement community will launch a year-long program that allows employees to enter a drawing for other valuables. Hourly, non-exempt, full-time and part-time employees will have an opportunity each quarter to participate in the “Perfect Attendance Car Give-Away Program” by entering into prize drawings, the release says.

A winner of one drawing will receive a new car, while another from a second drawing will receive one of many prizes including a flat-screen television, weekend getaway, or a gaming system. Perfect quarterly attendance is required to enter into the drawing.
Employees who have perfect attendance for each month will be entered into a drawing for a $100 gas card.
“We have great employees across our entire organization providing great service and exceptional care. We want to give back to them and keep them engaged with our organization,” Scott Buchanan, CEO Ohio Masonic Home said in the release.
