Police ask for help locating missing woman in Springfield

Investigators with the Springfield Police Division released a photo of a woman reported missing the day after Thanksgiving and are asking for the public’s help finding her.

Delisa K. Smith, 45, was reported missing on Nov. 23.

Her daughter said she hadn't had contact with Smith in three weeks, according to police.

According to the police report, the daughter believes her mother is in danger and missing because of threats someone made to kill her.

Smith is a white female, with black hair and brown eyes, 130 pounds and 5-foot-4.
