A crew from Tony Smith Wrecking started demolishing the Euclid Elements Building on Euclid Avenue Tuesday, May 1, 2018 next to the Little Miami Trail, a multi-use path that extends from Springfield to Cincinnati.. The State owned building as been a abandoned for several years and has been a safety concern since a a fire damaged most of the structure. The property has been on the top 10 list of tax delinquent properties in Clark County and was the No. 1 property code violator in Springfield in 2016. Bill Lackey/Staff
