The NTPRD is the result of a merging of the City of Springfield Parks and Recreation Department and the Clark County Recreation Department into one agency.
According to the organization’s website, it manages over 1,100 acres of parks and facilities and nearly 30 miles of multi-use trails and provides a variety of programs for residents of Clark County.
