“Love One Another,” was written on Dec. 7, 2018 after Tay Da Prince witnessed the effects of gun violence on people he was close to.
His song is about telling people to come together and put their words into action, Tay Da Prince explained.

After the Dayton shooting, he and his father, Vaughn Anthony Stephens, knew they needed a music video for the call to action.
He shot music videos in October and November alongside celebrities like his uncle John Legend, Master P, Jesse Jackson, Dionne Warwick, and Ken Kragen.
Kragen describes the song as “the new-age We Are The World,” Vaughn said.

Tay Da Prince graduated two years ago from the Springfield-Clark Career Technology Center, but went to Springfield High School his freshman and sophomore years.
“Springfield is so special to me because it’s my hometown - I grew up here, I know a lot of people here,” he said. “I know they root for me and show a lot of love - I just want to pour that love back into the city.”
Proceeds from the song will support Feeding America, according to Tay Da Prince’s Facebook page.
“Love One Another” can be found on all streaming platforms.
