Enon would have been celebrating its 41st Enon Apple Butter Festival this year, but due to concerns over the coronavirus pandemic, the popular event has been canceled, according to the Enon Historical Society, which organizes the festival.

Originally scheduled to take place on Oct. 10 and 11, the festival usually gathers a large crowd of people looking to revel in apple butter in its various forms.
