The Greene County site will offer a week-long day camp for students in grades three to five. The program has also been renamed College for Kids and Teens. While many students come from Clark County, the program is open to all area school districts and has seen students from Greene, Miami, Montgomery counties and others.
“We want to test-drive branching out and having a closer site for some of our attendees,” Hall said.
Older students can take courses in topics ranging from pre-medicine to geospatial technology and nursing. Younger students will focus on literacy, nature, music, dance and similar topics. The program offers both class and camp options.

Classes are two and a half hours per day while day camps allow students to spend most of a day on campus from 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. through the week.
The courses are not graded, but encourage attendees to learn critical thinking skills and creativity, Hall said. Instructors include college faculty, as well as professionals from fine arts, business owners, grade school educators and other fields.
“With this being such a longstanding program we’re really excited to revamp it and begin offering it on more of our campuses,” Hall said.
