Payment options include:
• By mail: Check or money order can be mailed to the Clark County Treasurer’s Office, P.O. BOX 1305, Springfield, Ohio, 45501.
• By phone: Credit and debit card payment is accepted by phone using your keypad at 1-833-440-5495.
• Online: Credit and debit card payment is accepted at clarkcountyohio.gov/113/Pay-Bills-Online.
• Drop box: Check and money orders are accepted at the Treasurer’s drop box located outside to the right of the front doors of the Bushnell Building at 14 E. Main St. in Springfield.
• In-person: Cash, check, money order, credit and debit cards are accepted in person. Cashiers are available on the third floor of the Bushnell Building, but spots are limited due to the pandemic. If residents chose to pay in person, the treasurer’s office asks that residents use social distancing guidelines at all times while paying tax bills to ensure the safety of both residents and employees.
