As the COVID-19 pandemic continues, Easter Sunday is looking a lot different this year without egg hunts and large family gatherings.

To relieve the stress of making a family Easter meal, especially for those who normally do not cook the Easter meal, some restaurants are staying open for customers to order carryout family meals.

Below is a list of Clark County restaurants open on Easter for carryout:

Mel-O-Dee Restaurant & Catering

The Mel-O-Dee, 2350 S. Dayton Lakeview Road in New Carlisle, is open on 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday. They will have broasted chicken, ham, fruit sauce, turkey, dressing, slaw and homemade bread. Customers are encouraged to order 24 hours in advance, especially for pies, bread and coleslaw.

Cracker Barrel, 105 W. Leffel Lane in Springfield, is open 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday. They are offering a call-ahead Easter dinner of ham, sides and rolls.

Texas Roadhouse, 1750 N. Bechtle Ave. in Springfield, is offering call-ahead Easter dinners of prime rib or ribeye.

Orders must be made 24 hours in advance and pick up is 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. today through Saturday.

Olive Garden, 1630 N. Bechtle Ave. in Springfield, is open 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday. Family meal options include chicken fettuccine alfredo, lasagna or a pasta station that includes different types of pastas, sauces and meats.
