CURRENT BUSINESS

State of Ohio v. Aaron Michael Marshall, convicted of trafficking in marijuana with a firearm specification, 30 months prison, mandatory one year prison for the firearm specification to be served prior to and consecutively to other sentences; convicted of having weapons while under disability, 24 months prison, sentences to be served consecutively to each other, credit for jail time served, $9,384 and a firearm forfeited, mandatory $5,000 fine.

State of Ohio v. Elijah Thomas Sims, convicted of robbery, four years prison with credit for jail time served, three years post-release control mandatory.

State of Ohio v. Emmanuel Akeem Crossley, convicted of carrying a concealed weapon, improper handling of firearms in a motor vehicle and having weapons while under disability, 12 months prison on each charge to run concurrently with credit for jail time served, handgun, extended magazine and ammunition forfeited.

State of Ohio v. Jacob Mott, convicted of felonious assault with a firearm specification, six years prison for felonious assault plus a consecutive three years for the firearm specification for a total sentence of nine years prison, credit for jail time served, three years post-release control mandatory.

State of Ohio v. Brandon Ray Wilson, et al., case dismissed.

State of Ohio v. Michelle Lynn Butler, convicted of theft, 12 months prison with credit for jail time served, $6,178 restitution.

State of Ohio v. Hershall Rashaun Ford, convicted of aggravated trafficking in drugs, mandatory four years prison with credit for jail time served, three years post-release control mandatory, $768 forfeited, $7,500 fine.

State of Ohio v. William E. Lucas, convicted of domestic violence and disrupting public service, three years community control, 120 days jail with credit for time served, after 30 days jail the balance of sentence can be served by house arrest on electronic monitoring with GPS, $2,000 and $1,500 fines.
