MORE: Springfield marijuana dispensary first in Clark County given state OK to open
Receiving a Dispensary Certificate from the state is the last hurdle a dispensary must clear before being cleared to open.
Pure Wellness currently has a medical marijuana cultivation facility already in operation at 4020 Dayton-Springfield Rd. in Mad River Twp.
Terrasana Labs, located at 183 Raydo Cir. in Springfield, received its certification last week. The medical marijuana dispensary is holding its grand opening on Thursday.
There are currently 19 medical marijuana dispensaries in the state of Ohio, most of which have been opened in the northeastern part of the state.
