Warner was found passed out at the wheel of her vehicle after officers responded to the area of West Pleasant Street and South William Street on the report of a vehicle hitting a pole, according to an affidavit filed in the case. Dispatch told officers she also hit several other parked vehicles while trying to leave the scene.
Police found Warner’s nine-month old daughter in the back car seat, as well as an open can of alcohol in the cup holder next to the drivers seat.
Once officers were able to wake Warner up, she said she got some bad drugs and that she had also been drinking, the affidavit said.

Warner and her daughter were taken to Springfield Regional Medical Center to be evaluated for injuries.
The child was placed in the custody of family members, according to the affidavit.
Warner was taken to the jail and charged with the six charges related to the incident.
