Virgil Stevenson, 38, of Morain: having weapons under disability, improper handling of firearms in a motor vehicle.

Anthony Hamm, 44, of Springfield: 10 counts of illegal use of minor in nudity-oriented material or performance, seven counts pandering obscenity involving a minor.

Darrell Spell, 26, of Springfield: trafficking in drugs, possession of drugs.

Stacy Mansfield, 36, of Springfield: trafficking in drugs, possession of drugs.
