Ashley Roberts, 35: illegal assembly or possession of chemicals for the manufacture of drugs, possessing criminal tools

Timothy Vernoy, 39, of New Carlisle: domestic violence

David Judy, 39: two counts of burglary

Christopher Perdue, 31, of Dayton: two counts of burglary, two counts of aggravated arson, disrupting public service, possession of criminal tools

Allen Rowe Jr., 20, of New Carlisle: robbery

Tremaine Thompson Jr., 21, of Springfield: failure to comply with order or signal of a police officer, failure to stop after an accident, improper handling of firearm in a motor vehicle, two counts of vehicular assault, obstructing official business

Shane Hediger, 20, of Fairborn: two counts of violating a protection order
