These nine people were indicted in Clark County court

Nine people are now facing felony charges in Clark County Common Pleas Court, according to recent indictments announced by the Clark County Prosecutor’s Office.

The indictments include drug, property and violent crime charges. These charges were approved by a Clark County Grand Jury.

The following people were indicted in Clark County Common Pleas Court:

Ryan Perdue, 26, of Springfield: failure to comply with order or signal of police officer

Lowell Short, 38, of Springfield: domestic violence

Gregory Allison, 42, of Springfield: receiving stolen property

Stephen Hamlin, 47, of Huber Heights: unauthorized use of a motor vehicle

Austin Paul, 26, of Springfield: aggravated possession of drugs, aggravated trafficking in drugs and tampering with evidence

Lori Myers, 42, of Springfield: identify fraud and six counts of theft

EXTRA: Springfield police say man fatally shot on Clifton Avenue was robbed

David Smith, 27, of Springfield: breaking and entering
