Robinson asked Judge Denise Moody to consider he remain on house arrest instead of jail, as he “is not a flight risk.” Moody denied Robinson’s request with a question: “Where were you arrested?”
Robinson was captured in Dayton on Wednesday night by the U.S. Marshals Services, Springfield Police Division Lt. Matthew Buynak said.

Buynak said he did not have information on how Robinson was found.
After Robinson was arrested he was transported to the Clark County Jail, where he was booked at 7:30 p.m., according to online jail records.
A warrant was issued for Robinson’s arrest on Tuesday after he was identified as the suspect in a Sunday night’s fatal shooting of Tyler Fullen, 27.
He was identified based on witnesses and video evidence obtained from a business near the scene of the shooting, Springfield Police Lt. Lou Turner said.
Turner said police received a call, “of a man shot in the street,” in front of a restaurant at 12222 S. Center St. around 7:20 p.m. on Sunday.
When officers arrived they found a victim with. “several gunshot wounds to the body.”
Turner said Fullen was shot once in the chest, hip and arm. He was taken to Springfield Regional Medical Center where he later died.
Turner said Fullen and Robinson, “got into a physical altercation,” and that was when Robinson backed away and, “drew his gun from his waist or pocket and shot.”
