Springfield mother charged in connection to toddler’s death at motel

A Springfield woman is jailed on charges of involuntary manslaughter and endangering children after her toddler was found dead in April at a motel.

Bianca Palomino, 28, was indicted June 1 but was arrested Saturday, according to online Clark County court records.

Clark County Prosecutor Dan Driscoll said Palomino is facing charges after her child was found dead April 21 at the Executive Inn on West Columbia Street in Springfield.

As of Wednesday evening, Palomino was listed as an inmate in the Clark County Jail.
