Kimberly K. Fenwick, 26, has been charged with one count of child endangering. She’s expected to appear in court at 10:30 a.m. today.
Springfield Police Division officers were sent to the 1900 block of Primm Drive on a call of a drug overdose at about 2:30 p.m. Monday.
Upon arrival, officers said Fenwick’s clothing was wet. It appeared she was placed in the bathtub, the report said. Medics told police Fenwick was revived after receiving two doses of Narcan. She was walking after receiving the medication, it said.

A woman told police Fenwick came to her house with her 3-year-old child. The woman went upstairs and when she returned Fenwick was allegedly unresponsive on the couch, the report said.
Fenwick allegedly told medics she snorted heroin, the report said. She was treated and released from Springfield Regional Medical Center. She was then arrested and placed in the Clark County Jail.
The child was placed in the custody of a family member.
