The Montgomery County Coroner’s Office said they had not yet been notified of Marsh’s death and had no information on a case involving her.
Here are three things we know about the incident.
1. The victim was pregnant
The victim has been identified as Lindsey E. Marsh. She was pregnant and flown to Miami Valley Hospital, where medical professionals were able to save the baby she'd been carrying for over 30 weeks, according to court documents.
Miami Valley Hospital crews performed a C-section to deliver the baby and at last check the baby was OK, court records say.
2. Travis Hypes, 24, arrested
The suspect in the shooting is the baby’s father, Travis Hypes, 24, of Springfield, according to court records.
He was arrested and charged with felonious assault. He’s expected to appear in Clark County Municipal Court on Friday morning.

3. Police say arguing and shoving took place before the shooting
Hypes allegedly told police he and the woman were arguing when the gun went off.
“He would tell us he and (the victim) were arguing and this led to the two of them shoving each other,” a probable cause affidavit filed in Clark County Municipal Court says. “During the shoving, Travis said he reach into his right pocket and pulled out a pistol. She shoved him again after seeing the gun, so he shoved her back with both hands. His right hand had the gun in it and as he shoved her and it discharged.”
