When crews arrived to the houses, they found several shell casings on Mound and Glenn streets.
Each victim and witness described the suspect vehicle as a red older model GMC Jimmy.
Springfield police are investigating a Sunday shots fired incident
According to the first report, the victim told police she was standing in her living room when she heard the gunshots.
Police found two bullet holes and a bullet fragment in the living room wall.
According to the second report, the victim told police she was decorating her Christmas tree when she heard the gunshots.
Police found one bullet hole in the living room wall and book shelf that was against it, and a bullet fragment on the living room floor.
A witness to both incidents told police that “they saw a red GMC Jimmy SUV westbound on Mound Street. The vehicle then drove south on Glenn Street as the passenger was firing shots,” the report says.

When crews responded to the third report, they found a bullet hole on the driver side window of a silver 2013 Hyundai Sonata and a bullet slug in the street.
Police spoke with a second witness who said he also saw an older model red GMC Jimmy fleeing south on Glenn Street and then east on Charles Street.
The second witness also told police that “the passenger of the suspect vehicle was shooting out of the vehicle towards houses on the north side of Mound Street,” the report says.
No one was injured during the shots fired incidents.
No suspect information is available and police continue their investigation.
