“(The victim) advised that the male got out of the vehicle and came up to him and asked, ‘You Rob? Where’s my money?’,” the report says. “The male then turned to the female in the car and asked ‘Is this Rob?’ then turned back to (the victim) and said, ‘Well someone here has my money and I’m gonna be back with a chopper so you better call the police.’
The victim said a short time later the man came back.
“(The victim) was sitting on the porch of his residence when he saw a male wearing a black hooded sweatshirt and black pants, standing in the alley north of his address,” the report says. “(The victim) stated that is when the male shot approximately five rounds at him. (The victim) stated that the male then ran westbound between two houses.”
Officers checked the alley close to the house and found five .380 rounds, according to the report. Evidence was collected at the scene.
