An incident of child sexual abuse was reported to the Clark County Sheriff’s Office on June 3, which resulted in the victim participating in a forensic interview at the Child Advocacy Center, according to an affidavit filed in the case.

The juvenile victim said that Davila had performed sexual acts on her when she was 14-years-old at a residence in Moorfield Twp., the affidavit said. She said Davila forced himself on her as she kept telling him to stop.

The juvenile also said she received a sexual video from Davila that he sent to her in March and June, the affidavit said.

Davila was then interview by the sheriff’s office on Monday, and said he sent the sexual video of himself to the victim by accident, the affidavit said. However, he did not confirm or deny the sexual abuse allegations.

He was then arrested and taken to the Clark County Jail.
