As part of the plea agreement, prosecutors dismissed a manufacturing charge against him.
The Clark County Sheriff’s Office began their investigation when they conducted a search warrant on May 31. The investigators wrote in an affidavit they had to breach a door to Bryson’s residence.
The affidavit was filed with charges in Clark County Municipal Court.
“When making entry into the residence with the assistance of the dog warden due to two aggressive dogs within the residence, investigators located manufacturing material for crack cocaine,” the affidavit says. “The materials included a pyrex dish, creatine, white rock-like substance (crack cocaine) clear baggies, razor blades and scales. Also located within the same room investigators located a loaded 9mm handgun with an extended magazine.”
The affidavit says deputies reported that Bryson admitted to trafficking crack cocaine to supply a female’s drug addiction.

According to the affidavit, Bryson said he planned to go to North Carolina if he was not incarcerated. It was this comment to investigators that prompted the Clark County Prosecutor’s Office to attend Bryson’s arraignment in Clark County Municipal Court and request his bond be set at $200,000.
Clark County Municipal Court Judge Thomas Trempe set the bond at $100,000. That bond was transferred over to Clark County Common Pleas Court after Bryson was indicted.
He is no longer in Clark County Jail, according to jail records.
