Lisa Sisler, 53 was charged with failure to report a crime or knowledge of a death or burn injury in Clark County Municipal Court after allegedly leaving a decomposing man on the floor of an apartment. She pleaded not guilty. Her bond was set at $1,000.
Officers and medics located a decomposing body in the apartment, according to reports. Officers also found a small dog locked in the bedroom while processing the scene. Police say it appeared that someone had been taking care of the dog while the body was decomposing, according to reports.

Officers found that Sisler had warrants and was arrested, according to reports. In an interview with police, Sisler said the victim overdosed while she was in the apartment. She said she called 911 on the victim’s cell phone, handed the phone to a witness, then left because she had a warrant, reports say.
Sisler said she returned to the apartment and found the victim laying on the floor, but did not call 911, reports say.
Springfield man accused of forcing young girl to touch him
William Young Jr., 36, is facing a gross sexual imposition charge after allegedly forcing a girl younger than 12-years-old to touch him inappropriately. Young pleaded not guilty. His bond was set at $10,000.

While speaking with officers, Young admitted to having a child victim touch his genitalia and said he needed help, according to reports.
Police said the crime happened in the same house as a daycare, but do not believe there are any additional victims, according to reports.
The charge of gross sexual imposition is a third-degree felony. If convicted, Young could serve 12 to 60 months in prison and/or a $10,000 fine.
Springfield 3-year-old found running in the street, mother charged
Christina Ratcliff, 25, was charged after her 3-year-old was found wandering the streets alone.
Police say the child was seen running in the middle of the street and was almost hit by several cars, according to reports.

A witness approached the child and waited with the child as police arrived, reports say. Ratcliff arrived on scene as officers were speaking with the witness, according to reports.
Ratcliff said she was looking for shoes for the child and had not noticed the child left the house, reports say.
A neighbor told police she had seen the child outside unattended before, reports say.
