“Upon arrival officers spoke with (an employee). (The employee) stated when she got to work on Wednesday she noticed the store had been broken into and the back door looked like it had been pried open,” the report says.
Several TVs, headphones and multiple gaming systems were taken, the report says. Values for the electronics and accessories weren’t listed on the report.
The suspect pried open the door, the report says.
“Officers observed a small metal crowbar laying on the ground inside of the store that was left by the suspect,” the report says.

Officers spoke with the store’s manager, who accessed surveillance video of the burglary.
“(The manager) showed us surveillance video and we were able to confirm that somebody broke into the store and got away with the items,” the report says. “Surveillance video shows an unknown male walking up to (the business).”
The report says the man kept his head down during the incident.
“Surveillance footage shows the suspect crawling on his hands and knees, moving to different locations of the store, grabbing items off of the shelves. The suspect then exited the business without removing any items. Moments later the suspect re-entered the store and began carrying the stolen items out of (the store).”
The suspect was wearing dark jeans, a black hooded sweatshirt and black shoes, the report says. It is unknown whether the man left on foot or in a vehicle, according to the report.
Springfield police are continuing their investigation, the report says.
