A next court date in the case has not been set, according to online court records.

The Clark County Sheriff’s Office began an investigation into the alleged sexual misconduct following information that was disclosed during a forensic interview with the boys, according to an affidavit filed with the charges. During the interview, the boys told authorities that Anderson assaulted them many times.

The boys told authorities that Anderson performed multiple sex acts on and with them and showed them pornography.

“These incidents occurred multiple times inside the defendant’s residence in New Carlisle,” the affidavit says.

On July 19, a search warrant was executed at the defendant’s home where evidence of the assaults was located, according to the affidavit. Exactly what was collected by Clark County deputies wasn’t disclosed in the court documents.
