A New Carlisle man has been charged after allegedly exposing himself to employees at two different local drive-thrus.

Timothy Pierson, 40, was charged with two counts of public indecency in Clark County Municipal Court on Friday. As of Friday afternoon, Pierson was listed as an inmate in the Clark County Jail.

Pierson was first charged on April 1, after police were dispatched to a Rite Aid Pharmacy in New Carlisle in reference to a male who had exposed himself to an employee, the affidavit said.

“The defendant, Timothy Pierson, went through the Rite Aid Pharmacy drive-thru and the victim placed the medication in the pass-through of the pharmacy drive-thru,” the affidavit said.

The victim then advised Pierson to have a nice day, the affidavit said, and Pierson looked at her and then exposed himself.

Pierson was charged again on May 9, after police were dispatched to a convenience store at 2015 S. Dayton-Lakeview Rd. in reference to a male who had exposed himself to an employee, the affidavit said.

“The defendant, Timothy Pierson, went through the J&R drive-thru and asked for cigarettes. The victim advised his shirt was down over his private area and she thought he had a gun,” the affidavit said.

When the victim returned with the cigarettes, Pierson exposed himself to her, the affidavit said.

“He said oops,” the affidavit said.

Public indecency is a fourth-degree misdemeanor in Ohio, making the penalty 30 days in jail and/or a $250 fine.
