Pierson was first charged on April 1, after police were dispatched to a Rite Aid Pharmacy in New Carlisle in reference to a male who had exposed himself to an employee, the affidavit said.
“The defendant, Timothy Pierson, went through the Rite Aid Pharmacy drive-thru and the victim placed the medication in the pass-through of the pharmacy drive-thru,” the affidavit said.

The victim then advised Pierson to have a nice day, the affidavit said, and Pierson looked at her and then exposed himself.
Pierson was charged again on May 9, after police were dispatched to a convenience store at 2015 S. Dayton-Lakeview Rd. in reference to a male who had exposed himself to an employee, the affidavit said.
“The defendant, Timothy Pierson, went through the J&R drive-thru and asked for cigarettes. The victim advised his shirt was down over his private area and she thought he had a gun,” the affidavit said.
When the victim returned with the cigarettes, Pierson exposed himself to her, the affidavit said.
“He said oops,” the affidavit said.
Public indecency is a fourth-degree misdemeanor in Ohio, making the penalty 30 days in jail and/or a $250 fine.
