A murder warrant was issued the day before for 21-year-old Jashon R. Robinson in the shooting death of Tyler Fullen, 27, of Springfield.

The U.S. Marshals Service arrested Robinson in Dayton, Springfield police Lt. Matthew Buynak said.

Jail records show he was booked at 7:30 p.m. into the Clark County Jail, and he is expected to be arraigned Thursday in Clark County Municipal Court, the lieutenant said.

Buynak said he did not have information on how Robinson was found, and no one was available Wednesday night at the Marshals office.

Springfield police and medics were called around 7:20 p.m. Sunday to the 12200 block of South Center Street. Fullen suffered several gunshot wounds and was taken to Springfield Regional Medical Center, where he died of his injuries.

Police said Fullen and Robinson were fighting each other before Fullen was shot.
