Clark County deputies called the bust last week one of its biggest raids and said it was part of a months-long investigation with law enforcement agencies from across the region.

Jessica Duncan, 26, was indicted on charges related to the bust. She’s charged with two counts of aggravated trafficking in drugs and two counts of aggravated possession of drugs.

Chelsea Lane, 32, was also indicted for charges related to the drug bust, including aggravated trafficking in drugs and aggravated possession of drugs.

The alleged drugs seized included multiple kilos of methamphetamine and cocaine and 25 pounds of marijuana, Lt. Chris Clark of the Clark County Sheriff’s Office has said. Multiple firearms were also taken.

A traffic stop led to the bust, according to court documents. A man was stopped in Clinton County earlier this year, court records show, and reportedly had methamphetamine on him. The man agreed to help law enforcement locate Kintz, his alleged supplier, according to court documents.

That source eventually lead to an undercover buy from Kintz, deputies alleged in court documents obtained by the Springfield News-Sun. The drugs purchased tested positive for methamphetamine.

Deputies from Clinton, Highland, Ross and Fayette counties all assisted in the investigation, Clark said.
