He pleaded not guilty to the charges in Clark County Municipal Court on Tuesday and his bond was set at $75,000.
On July 4, officers observed a man leaving Neitzel’s home and shortly after, pulled him over for a lane violation. They searched the man and, according to police reports, allegedly found bags of marijuana on him.
Six days later, the Clark County Sheriff’s Office executed a search warrant on Neitzel’s house and allegedly found several firearms, raw marijuana and equipment used to manufacture daps, according to court records. Dab is made from marijuana but contains a higher concentration of tetrahydrocannabinol and appears as a waxy substance.
Neitzel allegedly had 157 grams of hashish, an extract of marijuana containing concentrations of the psychoactive resins, and 157 grams of dabs, according to court records.
