No one was arrested Friday night where the Ohio State Highway Patrol set up an OVI checkpoint in Clark County, according to the patrol.

Troopers and the Clark County Sheriff’s Office set up the checkpoint on State Route 72.

“The Ohio State Highway Patrol, in conjunction with the Clark County Sheriff’s Office, the Ohio Department of Transportation, the Clark County EMA, and the Clark County Combined Health District conducted a sobriety checkpoint on State Route 72 near Villa Road,” a release said. “Troopers made contact with the 152 vehicles that drove through the northbound lanes of the checkpoint. There were no arrests made during the two-hour sobriety checkpoint.

“Troopers are planning more sobriety checkpoints and will have increased patrols specifically looking for impaired drivers throughout the summer.”
