The Clark County Clerk of Courts’ Office, located inside of the Municipal Courthouse in downtown Springfield, is closed today as it transitions to its new space in the A.B. Graham Building.

The new office will reopen at the A.B. Graham Building, located at 31 N. Limestone St. in Springfield, at 8 a.m. on Tuesday once renovations are completed.

“The downtown title office has been located in the same spot since 1988,” Clerk of Courts Melissa Tuttle said. “We are excited for the next space that will give a modern feel to our title office operations, which normally takes a few minutes to process a title with the updated technology. Giving the 3,300-square-foot former Title Office space allows for more room in the Courthouse for the operations of the Criminal Justice System.”

The title division has two other locations available in Clark County aside from their downtown location.

One is the Southern Village Title Office, which is located at 1607 Selma Rd. in Springfield, the other is the New Carlisle Title Office at 430 N. Main St. in New Carlisle.
