A biker was trasported via Careflight to Miami Valley Hospital after he was struck by a vehicle on East Main Street.
Initial reports indicate that the biker suffered a severe head injury and was transported to Springfield Regional Hospital, where Careflight transported him to Miami Valley Hospital.
