These 18 people were indicted in Clark County

Eighteen people were indicted this week in Clark County Common Pleas Court with the following charges:

Samuel M. McMahon IV, 20, of Indianapolis: Carrying a concealed weapon, improper handling of firearms in a motor vehicle, failure to comply with the order or signal of a police officer.

Caleb M. Montoya, 23, of Troy: Improper handling of firearms in a motor vehicle, operating a vehicle while under the influence of drugs (two counts).

Levi M. Maurice, 34, of Springfield: Possession of a fentanyl-related compound.

Billie J. Woods, 61, of Springfield: Possession of cocaine.

William R. Givens, 53, of Springfield: Failure to comply with the order or signal of a police officer.

Hailey B. Owens, 27, of Kettering: Operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs (three counts), aggravated possession of drugs.

Dustin S. Michaels, 41, of Springfield: Possession of a fentanyl-related compound.

Stephen M. Ault, 43: Failure to comply with the order or signal of a police officer (two counts), receiving stolen property.

Andrew C. Lawrence, 20, of St. Paris: Felonious assault.

Shawn M. Hickey, 54, of Springfield: Possession of cocaine.

John W. Davis, 54, of Springfield: Breaking-and-entering, tampering with evidence, possessing criminal tools.

Ronald K. Little Jr., 21, of Springfield: Forgery.

Bryant M. McGlothan, 36, of Springfield: Robbery (two counts).

Anthony Staas, 31, of Donnelsville: Felonious assault.

Aaron M. Toms, 44, of Springfield: Felonious assault (two counts).

Joshua T. Ray, 39: Robbery.

Taryn A. Withrow, 32, of Springfield: Strangulation, domestic violence.

Trinity Rockfield, 23, of South Charleston: Safecracking.
