Teradata company Aprimo designated a market ‘leader’

Aprimo, a Teradata company that specializes in cloud-based integrated marketing automation software, has been identified as a leader in campaign management by Gartner, an industry analyst firm.

Gartner’s Magic Quadrant for Multi-Channel Campaign Management (MCCM) report evaluated vendors on their “ability to execute” and “completeness of vision.”

According to Gartner, MCCM leaders consistently do better in overall campaign management performance for basic and advanced campaigns, as well as for integration with e-marketing.

MCCM processes enable companies to define, orchestrate and communicate offers to customers across a multichannel environment, such as direct mail, call centers, web sites, e-mail and communities.

Dayton-based Teradata acquired Aprimo in January 2011. Aprimo is headquartered in Indianapolis.
