The new store is expected to create about 300 jobs in sales, customer service, warehouse and other positions, according to a news release from the company. The store will also feature a supervised children’s play area and a 450-seat restaurant serving Swedish specialties.

Customers will be allowed to line up outside the store as early as 48 hours in advance of the store’s opening, and more information on promotions will be available online at IKEA-USA.com/Columbus.
