WINTER STORM: Blowing, drifting snow continue through morning

Sunday: Morning heavy snow will have ended and bitter cold locks in. Temperatures start around 11 degrees with some in the single digits. Blowing and drifting snow will be possible, keeping the roads icy and snow covered. Wind gusts around 30 mph are expected for the first part of the day. Highs only reach the middle teens with subzero wind chills all day. Clouds will decrease into the night. 

Monday: Road issues will likely linger especially side streets and rural roads. It won't be as windy but temperatures will start in the single digits BELOW zero. Wind chills will be between minus 10 and minus 15, possibly early. Highs for the day will reach the middle teens with some sun.

Tuesday: Quiet most of the day and still cold around 10 degrees in the morning. Clouds increase ahead of another system. Temperatures will climb into the day/night reaching the upper 30s. There will be late night rain to snow showers.

Wednesday: Rain showers transition to snow showers as temperatures fall into the 30s for the day.

Thursday: Partly sunny and cold with temperatures in the lower 30s.
