The Schmidt’s Sausage Haus food truck will be parked downtown from 10:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. today in front of Winans Coffee and Chocolates, 32 N. Fountain Ave.
The food truck will have selections from its famous German Village restaurant, including Bahama Mama, Bratwurst and Knockwurst sausages and its famous cream puffs.
The event will also include the Local Love: A Roaming Boutique, a clothing vendor. Ludic Soap will also be selling its product inside Winans.
Winans was recently voted as having the best coffee in Springfield at the Best of Springfield competition,
