Kelsey McWhorter, 23, of 1508 S. Limestone St., was charged with drug possession and open container. Three other women — Hannah Howard, 18, of 140 W. Roseland Ave., Alexis Pinkerman, 18, of 3937 Monterey Ave., and a 17-year-old juvenile — were charged with drug possession and underage consumption.

Clark County Sheriff’s Office deputies were patrolling the midway at the fairgrounds at about 11 p.m. Wednesday when a man told them people were smoking marijuana near the horse arena, according to a police report. The deputy approached the car and allegedly smelled a strong odor of marijuana. All four women allegedly told deputies they had just finished smoking, the report said.
